Taken daily, Multiple Support+ supplies all required U.S. RDA vitamins in forms most beneficial, and least likely to cause side effects. Vitamins A, D and E are provided in dosages that avoid toxicity caused by excess stores of fat-soluble vitamins. The Multiple Support “+” refers to the high potency in the water-soluble vitamins, B-complex and C. Since the body excretes surplus water-soluble vitamins, a daily intake is recommended. However, B-complex vitamin absorption imbalances may occur, as the vitamins compete with each other for absorption in the small intestine. Therefore, our formulation supplies the B-complex vitamins in their full spectrum. Vitamin C is present in a non-acidic mineral ascorbate form. This “buffered” vitamin C avoids potential gastric side effects. Multiple Support+ also supplies most required U.S. RDA minerals and six additional essential trace minerals.
